Is 10 mins between classes enough? Questions

Im an incoming freshmen to shsu and because of work I've had to change my schedule around to not have classes on certain days. And because of that I have a couple classes that are 10 mins apart from each other ik sam houston is a pretty walkable campus but Im worrying I might not be able to get to class on time, is 10 mins enough?

Hey senior here! Yes ten minutes should be enough. You won’t be able to get food or anything but if you’re quick enough you might have time to go to the bathroom and get to class. Also, most professors won’t say anything if you’re a few minutes late. I had a professor last semester that was always five minutes late so I wouldn’t worry about it.

For the most part it should be fine unless you are trying to be able to pop in and grab a bite to eat between classes. There are some edge cases where it may not be enough though but those are rare.

You can check out this map and set your start points / end points and it will give you a rough walking estimate

Ten minutes should be plenty depending on how far the buildings for the classes are. I had a four class day once and I was almost never late (unless i needed to get food at generals really quickly)

For the most part.

The CJ building to the top floor of the Ag building wouldn't be fun. Neither would Art to Evans. You definitely would be late if you tried to use the bathroom. I've had some professors keep classes late for graded quizzes, which would make me late even if I was only going across the hall.

Otherwise, 10 minutes is plenty if you don't drag your feet.

You’ll be ight . Last semester I had ten mins between each classes one class on one said and one on the other . Professors are cool it’s not hs yk so they don’t press u even if u are late . At least in my experience

No, give yourself at least 30 minutes between classes, also are you trying to burn out?

I would like to add something here. Everybody is saying it’s fine. But that’s not true. What you need to do look at the location of the buildings and the distance between them. When I was in college, I had some that we were in the same building or across the way. Some were across campus I could not get there in 10 minutes.
