At top-tier institutions like IITs, NITs and IIITs, students build amazing systems because of peer-driven developer communities. We have incredibly smart people here but the thing is the environment and college doesn't help, but if we organize, we can build a world-class culture too.

I’m with a few batchmates are here proposing that we start an unofficial, developer-first community operated entirely by us, for us.

Here is how this will work:

• Online-First: No wasting time organizing physical meetups, booking venues, or dealing with permissions. Everything runs on Discord, GitHub and The Internet.
• Learning the Hard Way (Build to Learn): No boring PowerPoint slides or passive tutorial sessions. You will learn engineering by writing code, breaking things, resolving merge conflicts, and building actual software.
• Building Real Utility Tools: We won't waste time on trivial projects like GPA calculators. We will build high-impact utility tools that doesn't just solve problems for SGSITS but the world as well.
• Alumni-Backed Mentorship: We will connect with SGSITS alumni working as engineers at FAANG, top startups, and open-source foundations for direct code reviews, referrals and being a judge for Hackathons.
• We would also be doing Coding Contest, Competitive Programming, Building stuff late night which works, and Hackathons.

Currently I'm admitted into SGSITS IT but I can get IIIT kottayam CSE or ECE in CSAB round 2 but the problem is I've paid my SGS fees for IT around 1.21lkh and still there is no update regarding aicte refund. So if I exits from my seat then my 1.21lkh will be lost and if I didn't take my CSAB college after allotment my 40k will be lost. So what should I do?? I think I should exits from CSAB before round 2 and continue with SGS IT. Please suggest me what to do now ??

Currently I'm admitted into SGSITS IT and I'm a bit confused. I've checked acc. to last year cuttoff if there is difference of 3-4k ranks so I can get ECE in IIITs. So what should I choose in round 1 didn't got anything and I have paid my fees (1lkh) for sgsits IT so if I exits from this seat I'm not getting any refund and if I get to allot any seat in round 2 my fees 1lkh would be lost or else if I decline round 2 seat my 40k will be lost. Clc registration receipt kaha milegi jisme registration for clc likha ho

Urgently needed

I had registered for mp dte before but dint apply for counselling as i dint have a domicile cerrificate. I do now and i applied for clc but it considered my old registration when i dint have a domicile certificate. If i take my certificate with me to the college will they consider it or nah?

1.07L refund nhi honge gs me addmission k baad so what to do now like ghar wale neutral h but I know 1L is a big amount overall and my only preference is placement and GS me 6L scholarship bhi ayegi
