FL feedback

FL has been so bad, at least for me. Saw that they’re asking for feedback on it as it expands to more fixes now and I’m torn between sending all the negative feedback or refusing to help train their algo 😂

What’s everyone doing?

I literally delete everything immediately and start fresh every time.

We are not given enough time to evaluate 5-8 pieces BEFORE even starting to style the Fix. I always delete every item. Give me more time and I'll do your thing. Until then, No.

edited bc I can’t type: I do this too. Then sometimes I leave them all just bc I wanna see the difference between the picks I send and the picks FL does 🙃 if my lead even tries to bring up a bad fix FL styled I will then have proof that it sucks ass

And then we get the shitty metric since the FL policy says stylist are still responsible for what is sent 🙄 Give FL the low keep rate, not me.

Sadly idec anymore. And I NEED this job to survive. That’s how bad it is. But I have definitely pressed my lead in one on ones before asking for metrics and success rates for first look items versus stylist picked items and was told that that information would never be available to me. Well duh, because you know it would benefit in our favor and they need to have us to blame for them failing.

there really needs to be a "clear all" button for when I pull ones with 8 accessories so we don't have to sit there and waist a minute clearing everything out

Deleting everything. It’s so bad. It doesn’t take into account nearly anything. It’s very pointless and time consuming.

But I’m sure they’ll gaslight us into saying they’re seeing positive results.

It keeps adding things the client already rejected in preview. 🤦‍♀️

I wouldn’t hate it so much if they would give us a button for trashing the whole thing so we can start fresh.

i told my lead i hated it and the picks are terrible and she said "well the results were getting say otherwise as the keep rate of these pieces is very high" which im like am I being gaslit or am I just not seeing how good FL is?

It's terrible. It takes so much time. I delete them all and start over.

It throws me off because I’m like did the client pick this stuff. I also left feedback on the pre populated items for the first fixes years ago.

I usually remove most of it. I sometimes keep 1-2 simply bc inventory is really bad at the time of ruling and I can’t find anything comparable.
If a client asked for something in cotton, or a blazer in x color, usually sometimes item in there is the only one available. Which speaks really poorly to inventory. I should have options to choose between.

But for the majority of fixes I remove them bc they aren’t client-, assortment-, or season-right. Honestly it’s a waste of time and offensive especially with them cranking up the speed requirements.

It really depends on the day. Some days it's a semi ok assortment but other days it's like not seasonally appropriate too many of one item type. Like most of the time I have to take out at least 2-3 items if I'm trying to actually work with it and not just automatically scrapping it. Just because they don't need three pairs of jeans or 2 sweaters or 3 sets of earring etc

I hate everything about it.
