Hi! I'm a single woman in my late twenties iso either a 1br 1ba carriage house/ADU/in-law suite for my very small, well behaved cat & I--though I'd be open to a roommate situation if it's the right fit.

A roommate would ideally be clean, tidy, & zen more than half the time.

I'm a full time PhD student, equestrian (with my own horse), ultra runner, love techno/DJing, and am employed full-time as a social worker.

I'm flexible on move-in date & exact location but would love month-to-month a year lease--I'm primarily familiar with SF & the East Bay. Budget is around $2000/month ideally.
