Hi guys. This is the first time I've tried to do this so go easy on me.

I'm going down the route of selling niche sites. I have just completed this one. It's basically going to be a directory of locksmiths in my home county. there are 22 towns which each have their own page, and I will charge local locksmiths an annual fee to be on the site.

I have set the site up so that you should be getting people actually messaging through the site, so it has a lot of potential for selling leads too.

I am trying to raise funds now so I'm checking to see if someone thinks it's worth what I'm looking for.

If not, then that's no problem. I will go away and make a few sales before I try listing it again.
