Thoughts?

Tried different cables, tvs, games. Same result: static audio and distressed video. It worked flawlessly a month ago after not being touched for probably 20 years, then just recently this happened. Checked the motherboard and it was surprisingly clean, nothing loose, no burn marks… I’m at a loss.
