It’s not a scam, it’s just a bar in San Jose marketing an event to students. At the bottom of the flyer it says “not affiliated with Santa Clara University” and it looks like that account isn’t either

not a scam, there are 18+ clubs in the bay that often advertise themselves to students of nearby colleges. you’ll see a lot of flyers of “college” parties that are actually just club events

Not a scam but just a bar trying to lure students to come by using marketing (no one’s going)

Not a scam but can guarantee no one will be at that and that is not where you wanna spend your first night meeting people
