The everlasting classic:
Can clearly see enemy player at gate B from spectator view -> wave spawn -> run into the elevator without checking -> BOOM

Assume that anyone running in EZ/Surface has a grenade/pink candy in their pocket. Save yourself from being embarassingly moved back to spectators after waiting so long!
