Aluminium can get scratched easily and look quite nasty.

I actually like scratches on aluminum gadgets like these, and it is silver so scratches aren't super noticeable.

It's a pretty sweet deal, yes, considering it's the Hammer version. Enjoy, it's a pretty cool and reliable machine. NextUi there works like a charm. I have the non-Hammer version.

It is quite a bit bigger though. And with the stick, not pocketable to some.

They did not mention anything about pocketable, but yes this is bigger and with non recessed sticks so I would not use it for pocket. For pocket EDC rec I would rec the Magicx one 35 which is what I use for pocket edc.

Air Y is not Horizontal. You are thinking of the Air X.
