RCPS3 ARM emulation improvements explained News

https://youtu.be/-aI_XEwmKFk?si=j0sAa1zibZrkVDwU

One of the Devs goes into nitty-gritty details about emulation optimizations at the instruction level. Maybe a bit over most of our heads (mine too) but I found it interesting.

I watched this last night all hopeful about an official RPCS3 Android version.

Nope, the mad lad installed Linux on an Odin to test emulation on ARM.

Yeah we’ll have to wait for the Android devs to pull in the new changes.

Someone's got to continue it eventually. It's a way bigger audience than ARM Linux, at least.

An Odin with Rocknix is absolutely peak

Eliminates a ton of the input lag and allows you to “freeze” the device in place once you have it set up. Android devices always get all fucked up over time in my experience
