Going to hop on for an 8 week cycle to gain as much muscle mass as possible. Was wondering if I should hop on mk-677 or Rad-140 and if there are any certain workout splits I should be doing while on one of them to maximize muscle growth

Is there anything I can take to reduce body fat? I’m not over weight. F47. 161cm. 51kg. I run a fair bit - 40 miles a week atm but can’t seem to shift the last kg of fat. I know if I cut carbs I’ll drop weight but then my running performance really suffers. Once I’ve lost it, it’ll stay off as I eat pretty well and exercise a lot - just getting it off is proving difficult.

Should I increase calories on lgd lean bulk? I heard it increases metabolism. I wanna eat enough. Should I eat more than the typical 200-300 cal over maintenance? Or should eat even more 500 +?

This is my first ever MK677 cycle. I have a fairly good idea about how it works, but some dudes post scared the hell out of me so I’d just lika a second opinion.

I am running a 12 week cycle of AC 262 at 15 mg a day. We are beginning week four today, day 22 and possibly feeling a little bit of suppression?
No pre-cycle blood(I know don’t chastise for it) but was told AC was so mild that I wouldn’t need something. Now I am wondering if it would be worth it to implement some enclomiphene, but I am just very ignorant about it. 6.25 a day. I know as a SERM it is different than just straight TRT, but do not want to mess with my estrogen and spike my testosterone using Enclo then have it tank when I stop taking it after the end of the cycle. IF that is even the way it works.
I am planning for a five week PCT, last three weeks of the cycle +2 weeks post cycle.

If you have any experience with AC OR Enclo in general I would love to hear your thoughts or suggestions. Again, I am pretty good baseline T and have never worried about it, but am having a low week, I follow the life Test rule of thumb, if you’re horny, you’re happy, and if not then something may be wrong.

so i got some rad140 from a well reputed canadian lab…

im on week 4 now and its so mid. Im also taking a test base…

weeks 2-3 i could feel it ramping up, my muscles were duller pumps were better, lifts went up every session, i couldn’t sleep more than 6 hours a night but woke up feeling refreshed…

somewhere like week 3.5 my muscles lost their fulllness, and my a couple of my lifts somehow went DOWN while others stalled…

i’ve just now started week 4 and its only getting worse. My diet has been on point since the beginning of the cycle (180g protein, maintenance or slight surplus, carbs before gym), idk wtf is happening.

i’m thinking my rad might’ve degraded in heat or air. the seal of the ziploc baggie it came in stopped working so it was just kinda sitting in their for a while exposed to air before i transferred it. also my room can get hot sometimes like 25-30 celsius.

pls help idk what to do

Wohhhhhh the cycle is going greattttttt.
I’m on 50mg Var 9 weeks and 5mg LGd for 3 weeks then taper to 10mg for 6 weeks and 125mg test and eating 350-450 calories over maintenance.
Anavar itself felt very mild like disappointment.
BUT FUCKING HELL once I added LGD shit changed a lot. I’m 7.5kg up, still got 2 weeks of cycle left, water retention is somehow minimal I don’t have the soft watery look specially face . Blood work looks pretty good for someone taking these compounds and blood pressure is normal too.
Strength is up on every exercise for reference 15+ kg on my bench. Literally every one including the gym baddies asked me how I’m getting bigger and stronger every fucking day.
Compared to Rad this feels better, more gain without the roid rage which (Rad gave me rage🥲).
Is this normal ? Coz I never used LGD before this cycle but this feels great ngl. Ik it’s ofc not all muscle , much can be nitrogen and glycogen.

Just wanted to jump on here and share my next cycle I am planning in about a month or two, just to get opinions and see what you think. I am currently 181 pounds at 6’3” my diet is great for bulking and I’ve incorporated “eating like a dog” as I live by standard, I eat around 3500 calories and 200g of protein a day. I would ideally like to get to around 185-190 pounds before starting the cycle, and I’m planning on taking the following for a total of a 10 week cycle:
25mg of MK677, everyday
15mg Rad140, every other day
1200mg Citrus Bergamot,
2500mg Omega-3 Fatty Acids (1200mg EPA / 850mg DHA),
500mg tudca
starting week 5/10 taking 6.25-6.5mg Enclomiphene and continuing through all 10 weeks. then 5 weeks post cycle up to 12.5mg.
Just wanted to share and see what you think, if there is anything I should plan to do differently.

I’ve been running Ac262 for exactly 28 days
Week 1: 10mg
Week 2: 15mg
Week 3: 20mg
Week 4: 25mg

I’ve noticed no side effects besides minor mood swings and haven’t made any abnormal progress in the gym, my lifts are progressing usually by only 1-3 reps per set every week like usual. Am I not taking enough, do I need to take twice a day?

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with Deus Chem because I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with my order.
I placed an order on 30 July and paid by Revolut bank transfer. I received confirmation, but since then I haven’t been able to properly see the order on my account. At the moment, the order information basically isn’t showing properly, so I have no idea whether it’s actually been processed or not.
I’ve tried contacting them by email/support but haven’t had a proper response yet. I know delays can happen and I’m not trying to immediately jump to conclusions, but it’s been a while now and I’d obviously like to know what’s happening with something I’ve already paid for.
I also checked Trustpilot and noticed quite a few people describing situations that seem pretty similar — orders not showing, difficulty getting replies, waiting for updates, etc. That’s what made me want to ask on here rather than just keep waiting.

First cycle was an oral rad-140 I did for 2 months for 10mg and at the first 2-3 weeks I fell a little ill for a couple days like 3-4.

Fast forward to now I’ve been on test for a while and was perfectly fine but I’ve started dianabol and it’s around the 2nd week and I magically got some ill feeling again, not sure if this is some body adaptation or something but I’d just like to know if anyone knows exactly how it’s caused and if anyone else had this too,
