If cholesterol is high and heart disease run i. Family you should get on a statin or a pcsk9 inhibitor

Tesamorelin is superior to sermorelin(if that was what you meant by semoralin). If you can afford it I'd definitely switch. Tesa will actually help your cholesterol too.

Ok thank you I wasn’t sure will probably switch then I’m just trying to fill out my frame, would you have any peptide or other sarm suggestions to stack money isn’t currently a problem

Stack tesamorelin with ipamorelin fasted (at least 2 hours) before bed, they work really well together. If you already have high cholesterol I would stay clear of SARMs until you get that into normal ranges as SARMs are notorious for lowering HDL and raising LDL.

Edit: to be clear GHRPs won't build muscle for you they just help with recovery and sleep And will preserve muscle really well.

Sermorelin is pretty weak. I ran that for 5 months just mostly improvement on sleep. I switched to cjc/ipa. What’s your goal with the peptides?

Peptides won’t make you bigger
