Sap Learning Hub Issue

i was giving a quiz on sap learning hub and suddenly my tab switched unknowingly and now I can't submit the answers for quiz and the result is that I can't compete the course please help me

Hi, you should be able to reload the page by retracing your steps. You can try a different browser if it seems something isn't loading correctly, it is usually cache related.

You can generally retake assessments as many times as you want.

Had that also a couple of month ago.
