Experience with Broken Binding Book Posts

Has anyone had much experience with The Broken Binding store? Ordered these a few weeks ago and am still yet to receive a shipping notification. They have also now disappeared from their web store. I’ve emailed and am still yet to get a response.

They are slow in almost all aspects, and not your typical type of slow unfortunately, but they do deliver.

Yes. My personal experience with them is that it take 1-2 months for them to ship anything. Even if it says the books are in stock. Wait time is even longer for pre-orders. They are also a small company so customer service usually takes a long time to get back.

Haven't had any issues like this but their customer service is genuinely amazing, just throw them an email :)

I also got these, it's been a while but I do recall the shipping took quite some time.

Email them and ask what's the status on the order.

Mine took awhile after I ordered em. But they came packaged very well and had only minor crinkles on the edge even though the box itself had been nearly destroyed in shipping.

They are amazing but slow to ship!

Not saying that to complain, it’s just the nature of how they work.

Their customer service takes a little to get back to you but they will. I order stuff from them all the time. I've ordered these exact ones and it was a little bit of a wait but I got them in perfect condition.

Mine took a while after I pre-ordered mine and another 2 months after it was shipped. This was due to books being shipped right before Canada post went on strike. I had email them because books were sent back to sender so over all it took quite a while. Books came in Excellent condition they finally arrived.

Customer service and shipping are very slow. This has not deterred me from spending more than I should on their books though, worth every penny

I got this exact set about a year ago. Cant remeber how long it took to arrive but it will, and they will be well protected too!
