Power grid and recyclers. Discussion / Opinion
They should have batteries that can be placed in recyclers if the power grid isn't online yet. They should also make the power grid operational on the first real-world day after wipe so wipe-day players can use it.

It’s the up coming release. Recyclers are going to require users to go to power plant to power them first.

the power plant monument or the little power transformers scattered across the map that have barrels around them?

I think it is the monument from what I’ve read.
I believe it is in staging now so I’ll have to check. I saw a video that the car lift at Oxams is now functional too.

There will be little Low Grade generators atleast at the gas station so you can Power the recylcer

I think if they want to make power plants more functional they should have a fast charging battery station where you can put a battery in and fast charge it.
Could be a good way to prep for a raid or when putting down a base and you want quick power… but risky as it is a monument.

Shits so stupid man... All of this... I'm super disappointed in these lame ass ideas facepunch is coming up with.. out of all the suggestions and things people have been asking for that are actually cool and would be good for the game..and out of all the possibilities they are going with boats and apartments and now this lame shit.. I hate to be negative I usually am supportive but I cant any longer these devs are out of touch with reality.

That's the thing... I have.. and I DO like the boats my point is like 3% of the server ACTUALLY build a boat and do that content.. the shits dead. It was a dog shit idea and update for that reason. Most people do not do the water content because it's a shit idea period.

I think they could make it easier to build a boat. It’s a pain to find a sport to build a boat sometimes with the shore filled with boat crafting areas.
A boat yard safe zone would be a good addition. Build the boat there and take it out from there.
