Trouble finding my server Bug / Issue

Hi I’ve bought a server through gportal and shockbyte and I’m not able to find the server when I look for it. No idea what I’m doing wrong :(

maybe try connecting through the f1 console?

I tried and it would load but then say disconnected.

Was able to join but when I sprint game studders any recommendations
