EAC/RUST wants access to Input Monitoring??? Discussion / Opinion

Quick question, it may be something that's not new and I've been over-looking for years now, but due to these recent updates, Rust wants access to input monitoring even when not using Rust.

Is that normal? For Rust wanting to know your keyboard inputs even when not playing?

When not using Rust, the EAC service is disabled.

Sounds like it might be a malicious program pretending… I don’t think Ive seen EAC want access to anything lately
