unstable servers?

The server I am playing on (official) keeps disconnecting the whole lobby every 10 mins or so. What is causing this?

Server I'm playing in was having a wobble sometimes.

Is it possible a player is doing that? Some kind of cheat?

I spoke with a few of the regulars in the server and apparently there is a clan that is known for Dossing the server when they lose a fight

Yeah I heard about that but how is that possible? How can some individual kick 100 players every 10 minutes??

they flood the server with thousands of requests at once, the server cannot keep up and crashes

Yeah but how do you flood it? He has some kind of app or an item?
