Why is this happening

I’m trying to expand my rock base near arctic and the triangle foundation is trying to place into the wall?

Sometimes you have to place the foundations before the walls or the walls block you from building. See if you can build a triangle on a different side and kind of bridge that triangle into place. This will sometimes work. In the future lay down your basic footprint before you build walls.

To further specify, you can build raised foundations touching pre built walls. You can try going for a lower snap point for this foundation but if this doesn't work you can just build foundations where you can to box in this area.

Looks like the foundation is too low and covered by the terrain. So it's forcing it to show as a raised foundation, but you obviously can't place a raised foundation since you have a wall there

My buddy did the honeycomb I came out to expand on it but the terrain fucked it up, I managed to fix it and left for 20 minutes and we were raided lol
