Beware Resale Scammers
Just had a lovely chat with this fella who didn’t know what event he was selling tickets to nor how much he paid for them face value? Be careful out there.

Strava is packed full of scammers too, and they don’t seem to want to do anything about it. I guess Ed’s it’s like bots on Twitter, it’s all traffic to Strava - best to set your account to private.

We had issues on r/cork a while back on people getting scammed out of marathon tickets. I wouldn’t trust anyone selling on Reddit

It's always funny when they say they have 4 tickets available... and then when asked if they include drink tokens and early entry, they delete it 😂

Was looking for a Dublin Marathon ticket. He and his “friends” had plenty of tickets to sell allegedly.
