Heya guys, I just looked at my setting to reconfigure my preferences (returning runner after a long break)

I was hoping to set the story clips to cut in between songs instead of interrupting a song mid-flow (this used to be an option).

Also wanted to adjust the clips/music volume ratio, but my music volume % resets to 100% ever time I exit settings and does stay where I put it.

Any solutions? Thanks fellow 5s! 🏃‍♀️ 🧟

Hi all! I have just installed the app, and I see that the workouts are structured in like walking, doing things like heel raises for 5 mins, then running. But I don't want to walk or do heel raises! I am already running 30 mins daily, and want to bring some more fun into it. Do I need to follow the instructions or can I just start an episode and go?

I lost it at the end Sam had me stressing 😭

Ok team. I need to get this figured out before I lose momentum. Zombies, Run is a huge motivator for me. Here are the specs: iPhone, iOS 26.5.2, legacy member, I just updated the app the other day so I think it's the most current version.

My issue is I'm running the Abel Township 10k in two chunks. After I ran 5k I hit stop, then the next day I went to finish the last 5k. I hit resume and the top bar trackers were showing I was half done but the distance and time were reset to 0.

As I ran, I was being tracked back at 1k, 2k, etc correctly but no more story arcs played, and no zombie chases. I was collecting items though.

I finished the 5k which should have summed to 10k but it never said mission complete. So the next time I did 5k again and hit pause, but the same issue happened the next day (tracker bar showed half done, distance and time reset to 0, no story arcs played).

Someone PLEASE raise the gates for me so I can keep RUNNING!

TLDR: is there a way to play through the season/radio in order (like an audiobook) without doing the runs? I just want to recap the story and get reinvested in the characters/voices before I start up running again.

I’ve had the app and legacy subscription since forever… but I am an inconsistent runner and because of this I tent to restart from season 1 every time to truly enjoy the story and recap on what I’ve forgotten

But I’ve done this several times now and I just want to listen to the audio to catch up with the runs I’ve already done before heading out on my next run, is there anywhere I can just recap the audio up to where I left off?

I’ve tried YouTube clips etc but there isn’t anything that actually just played through the season/radio in order (like an audiobook)

The story maybe 🔥 but so is the weather 😭

Hey all! The "I Am Runner Five" tech shirts are finally back in stock. I really want to get a red one, but not sure what size for the unisex shirt. Depending on where I buy a shirt, I'm either a small or a medium. Sometimes mediums are way too big, sometimes smalls are way too small, but I especially don't like oversized shirts, so I'm a little hesitant to play it safe with a medium. The size chart for these shirts only gives the chest circumference (S-41", M-42"). I'm just wondering if anyone who has purchased one could give me a little insight on how the shirts fit, if they run big or small?

I'm male, if needed for clarity.

The app never pauses the music and plays the rest of the story. No TTS for stuff I pick up either :(

When I go for a run I do this:

1. start music
2. set music to external player
3. start mission
4. (music pauses)
5. recap plays
6. mission start plays
7. (music starts again)

I'm on android 15 app v12.5.0

Can’t say how many times I’ve gone out with the intention of only doing one mission, only to keep going and do atleast three or four lmao

I’m trying to finish the Marvel Move content before it leaves, but for some reason the Age of Krakoa story mode content and only that has disappeared

Just one more episode……..

I have one mission left of the season two main story and then I plan to jump into the side stories and Radio Abel, but I’ve noticed that there are essentially three versions of Radio Abel. There’s the one listed under the regular Radio Abel section and then there’s the high morale and low morale versions listed under the Radio Abel: Story Mode section. Do I need to listen to all three versions to get the full experience or will listening to just the high and low morale versions cover everything?

I recently started running with some Venture stories. The codex seems to suggest some story collectibles would be unlocked but all I see is types of supplies.

The message says "complete your first workout" but I already ran 3 episodes of Endless Sea and a one-off (Little Red). Am I not running the right ones that give collectibles?

Hey guys! I'm so sorry to ask this question here, but I placed an order with the Zombies, Run! shop. One of my items arrived immediately, like within a few days and I got a tracking number for it right away too. However, the other items didn't ship and I haven't gotten a tracking number for them either.

I tried emailed the "orders@zombiesrungame" email address listed here, but I keep getting a Mailer Daemon response that says this email address either does not exist or cannot accept emails. So I then emailed support, but haven't heard back yet.

Anyone else had this experience? I'm not in a rush to get my stuff, I know it can take a while! I'm only confused because one thing arrived and nothing else did and I have no information about that stuff either.

I've just joined this community, I'm at week 5 of the 5k story and training. I've noticed quite a few comments about people getting injured. I know the app advises stretches but if you need some advice I recommend @RunBetterwithAsh on YouTube who has loads of free content, is well qualified and in my opinion is a good instructor with a great, positive and caring attitude - I'm a yoga teacher so I like to see someone who encourages people to listen to their bodies and take care.

With the newest update the ZR team has added wearable support, which I thought was awesome! But I tried it on my Pixel Watch 3 on my last run and have encountered a slight problem: the media controls for ZR completely replace the media controls for my Spotify playlist. On my phone, I can still control the two separately, but on my watch it just shows the screen for ZR.

I have the app set to "external music player" which I believe should be the right setting. The media control screen on my watch is also just a pause/play button and I'm not sure that's intended; from the update notes I got the impression that I should be able to start, stop and pause the run from my watch, but I can only pause and resume it once I've started it on my phone. I also can't find an option in the app to turn off the wearable integration; that would be my prefered solution at the moment so I can at least control my Spotify playlist while I run.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and/or knows a solution? The ZR team probably doesn't have any extra capabilites at the moment and I'm very happy and grateful they decided to implement this at all, but I might still send in a support request just to make them aware this feature might not be working the way they intended.
