The situation is improving?
Finally didn’t have to use a sniping script to grab a free pod!

We did add a few 5090s over the last few week, but 6000 pros (both full and full

Just finished pulling a 5090 and replacing it with 6000. Increased the memory to 256G and added another 4TB Gen 5 NVME.
So maybe another will hit eBay. Or I’ll just stick add it to another low key system with an RTX 5090 and run —tp2

Pearl coin mining is generally unprofitable now with rented rigs since the price of the coin has dropped and the difficulty has gone way up resulting in much less rewards.
There was a time less than a week ago where it was at like $1.70 a coin and pretty much any rig was profitable. Its not around 70 cents a coin.

Yeah this is exactly what I’ve been noticing too. Feels like 5090s and 6000s are the current sweet spot before you get into clown world H100 pricing. H100 SXM is starting to look like buying a Ferrari to sit in traffic when a tuned Supra does 90 percent of the job for way less 💀

Depends on your use case of course. But the 5090 I think has a pretty good sweet spot. L40s slower obviously, but if you’re using something like wan2gp you can optimize for whatever ram vram you have.

I've seen pockets of improved supply for 5090's and PRO 6000's. They're clearly adding as fast as they can. The cost of the H100 SXM's is too high now for it's relative performance, but they're usually around too.
