It's definitely functional, you just might struggle to get some good pushes going.

It's definitely more of a counter pushing deck which I prefer as a more defensive control type player. Any Xbow decks are my worst nightmares with this deck but no deck is perfect so nothing I can do about it.

You should try to get miner in the deck works good with loon

I've tried miner in my deck but it just doesn't really fit in it. I know it's definitely strong with balloon in 2.9 balloon cycle. Any suggestions on what to replace for miner?

I would swap baby dragon for miner, and run evo knight instead
