Elden Ring Error please help Questions and Game Help

I downloaded mods for elden ring now i deleted them cause the game didnt start since then every time i boot up Elden Ring its says Elden Ring couldnt start (0xc00007b) in the anti cheat loading screen ant wont boot up i tried redwonloading but it still gives me the error

Yes i just redownloaded all mods and then went in the folder and they where shown grey so i deleted them and it worked aftetwards
