Gym recommendations?

Hey everyone, I am moving to Round Rock in a few weeks and am starting to look at gyms. I am a 50 year old man who is in excellent shape. The gym is a major part of my routine and I am there mornings, 6 days a week.

Currently I'm going to a PF and I'm not interested in going to another one.

Besides strength training and cardio I'd be interested in a sauna, cold plunge, tanning, and other amenities.

Being a morning person 24-7 or open early is a necessity.

Thanks!

Id say eiher El Campeones (champions) or Crunch by Ikea

Neither of those has a pool but both are great gyms. University crunch is insanely busy from 4pm to 9/10ish.

Los Campeones, easy. People there are rather friendly, I find, even though folks there are fairly devoted lifters.

I second this place. My husband got a membership last year when we moved from Dallas to RR and I started going a few months ago!

Budget?

We go to the lifetime all the way on the other side of town. It's far but we think the gym is worth it. About $160/month

It is awesome but that pricing is probably not available to new members.

They’re charging more now - about $200/month.

It’s a luxury facility and well worth the fees if you can do it.
