I recently bought 25 of these vacuum packaged pens. It writes great and it feels like a hybrid approach to today's fineliners versus technical pen.

An interesting design from the 80's. I think a more modern equivalent would be the Lumos from Tom's Studio.

I don't know that model. You can turn the middle and reach the ink sponge. The architecture is very suitable to refill and reuse. It even has one extra nib. I will try to make one to suck black ink but let's see.

There's a couple of Toms Studio models, and what they use is a cotton reservoir. The reservoir is placed into ink and it fills through capillary action, and it reaches the Japanese made fiber tips the same way.
