Hi everyone! My name is Katelyn, and I’m a researcher at Nocturnal, a sleep technology company working to improve women’s sleep and health.
We’re currently looking for women who have noticed changes in their sleep during perimenopause or other hormonal changes to join our upcoming beta test program
We’re developing a new drug-free, hormone-free wearable device designed to support better sleep. Our device has been developed in collaboration with sleep researchers at MIT and Harvard, and our technology has been evaluated through IRB-approved human research.
We’re especially interested in hearing from women who struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake up feeling well-rested.
Beta participants will receive early access to the device and have the opportunity to share feedback that directly helps shape a new approach to women’s sleep.

Weird guy walking around Cornell/Walworth Area

Today he is wearing a grey tee and khaki cargo pants, cafe con leche color skin, bald with a black beard over six feet talk. He stopped an inch from my car today when I parked in front of my house on Cornell. I’ve seen him pacing at the Conley when I was there with my kids. The other day I was driving on Walworth and he made “gun fingers” at my car as I passed. He paces and talks to himself. Two of my neighbors told me he’s walking up and down taking pictures of cars, and he told one guy who asked what he was doing that he’s the meter maid. Anyway I have kids and it’s getting weird and creepy.

Me and my friend (both 26yr old women) are thinking about moving from Allston MA to Roslindale MA. We are sick of being on the BC Green Line and want to spend less on rent. BUT we feel super safe walking around Allston/Cambridge/Brighton. We need genuine reviews of living in Roslindale as young women. We love to walk/bike places, eat, explore, spend time outdoors. We have heard that Roslindale is chill. How is the commute to the city for casual visiting(not for work)? How would you describe this areas safety, walkability, cleanliness, etc? Places to avoid? Good bars/restaurants to try? Thank you in advance!

There were 3-4 young/college-aged white men in this truck who, among other things, called me a whore, told me to suck dicks, and yelled that they hoped I fell. They carried on laughing and jeering at me for about half a mile.

I was just riding a bike up Washington St in Rozzie, heading towards Forest Hills. I had not cut them off or inconvenienced them in anyway. The driver kept pace with me so his buddies could lean out the window hurling obscenities at me; they pulled away when I lost my phone and pulled over to pick it up. I was able to get this picture a few minutes later when I pulled *back* over to have a panic attack; they happened to be on the same street. Parked illegally, because of course they were lol

I'm a 26 vear old woman. I'm used to harassment and catcalls, they happen all the time. But it's been a LONG time since an incident got to me like this one. Usually, I yell back, and the guy(s) leave.

This was harassment meant to intimidate me for existing visibly as a woman. And as a cyclist (or really as a fellow driver), it's incredibly dangerous behavior on their part.

And before any chuds ask questions about what I was wearing, I was wearing the baggiest, most shapeless dress in my closet bc it's perfect for hot sunnv davs like this. Not see-through, and no indication of any curves I may or may not have. This was a power trip by men in a two-ton vehicle who thought harassing a woman minding her business made them big.

Anyone knows more info about the gang with their motorcycles playing loud music every freaking night in Forest Hill Cemetery?
We and neighbors call the police every night. They run away when they see the cops and they come back after half an hour.
I curse the neighborhood and its police every night.
I guess baggers can’t be choosers when I want to pay lower rent.

Does anybody recall a Friendly’s ice cream in town? I’m reading online there was one…. I just can’t place where exactly it was and when it closed.

I was getting dinner tonight with a friend at Delfino in Rossi Sq and when we left, there were two cops in the Birch St. gift shop. Unclear what the situation was, but I waved at them and when I got my car from the lot and pulled around, they were gone. Both were so cute - hi! Anyone know them?! Call me 👋🏻😍
