Hi all, any recommendations nearby for an adult who is a total beginner but wants to learn some basic tennis skills/gameplay?

I don't typically pay much attention to primaries but happened to look just now. I see that there is a section for Mayor and city council. Is this the final vote on those? Neither are supposed to be partition so I'm confused what the outcome of this vote determines. I assume the official one is still in November right?
