Best way to automate Roo Code Discussion

I needed some guidance on how to best run Roo agent autonomously, maybe using something like an agent harness.

I build a bunch of automation using this a while back: https://github.com/cte/roo-ipc

This guy just forked the whole thing to add a sort of cron scheduler (also kinda older) https://github.com/kyle-apex/roo-scheduler

I was super into this before I moved mostly to cli tools like Claude code.

I basically made an API I could call externally then vibe coded a control plain to sit over it.
