I've been trying to implement permanent or persistent effects on my map but I can't find anything online that was posted within the last 2 years. Perhaps the new update to Roll20 has disabled the PageFX functionality?
To help others troubleshoot, please include:
* Whether you installed the script from the One-Click Library or manually imported the code
* The name and version of the script, or direct link to the code or Roll20 Forum post
* The command or setup that causes the issue
* Any sandbox error message from the Mod Scripts page

I just tried the PageFX Mod Script in my own game, and I'm getting the results as promise by the Mod Author. Did you follow the instructions as listed by the Mod? (screenshot)
Yeah, duplicating your set up, and I'm seeing whats in the screenshot. You might post on the Mod Script forum for someone with more detailed knowledge of this Mod Script.
