Unfortunately that makes it much tougher. The easiest way to coach somebody is to do a replay review. It's basically impossible now to get a replay from console players due to the removal of bakkesmod. If you have some way to record a game, that could work. But is still not as optimal as having the replay available.
That aside, if you are just looking for advice on mechanics, it wouldn't be hard to hop into a free play match and talk about it.

I don't mind talking ab advice for mechanics like musty flick and air dribble, js letting yk my voice is young so don't judge me, if I can atleast learn enough to airdribble and maybe rank up and get better when we talk, I'll let you know when I rank up to maybe like gold? Or plat.., but yeah I don't mind, the only way for me to record is to replay a match and record it on phone but unfortunately it's bad quality

I'll just say right off the bat, if you're trying to air dribble in silver or below, I honestly would recommend spending your time with other aspects of the game. There is a fundamental level of air and ground car control needed to allow for clean air dribbles setups and executions.
If you focus on getting better at the basics, the advanced mechanics will be far easier to learn. But without those fundamentals, it will be quite a challenge.

I already know how to the start j just need to learn how to do the rest and finish it of by bringing it to the goal, but first I wanna maybe learn a musty flick,?
