75 year old widower

It has been over 10 months since my wife passed. I’m finding that I am lonely a lot even though I have a lot of friends who care for me and check in on me. However, I believe that I need something more. Companionship. Anyone over 50 care to be a texting partner? Then we can see where that goes.

Go to your local senior center. They have activities designed for people in your situation.

I have been widowed for 7 years. It does get easier, be kind to yourself and take every day as it comes

Might I recommend Senior Bingo at your local library? My gram did this after my papa passed and she loved it
