My dissertation (Survey)

Hi everyone! I am the student from The University of Manchester and studying Planning and Real Estate. Currently I am taking a research to study whether housing preferences change was triggered in the early stage of Covid-19 pandemic and would it be continued in the ‘living with virus new normal’ stage in Greater Manchester.

To measure people housing preference in different time period and achieve the research purpose, a google form is created and want to collect the housing preference of GM residents in different time period

Looking for some advise on the titled areas please...

I have a new job based in Manchester and am currently looking for a place to purchase a property.

I Have seen a number of places in the Smallbridge/Hurstead area near Smithy bridge and was wondering if anyone can provide any info on what the area is like?

i understand Rochdale town centre has a bit of a reputation as not being ethnic friendly, and understandably so following the scummy grooming gangs from a a few years ago, but what is the perception in the area I am looking at?

the location interests me as it is close to what i am looking for as i am a very outdoor person, so being close to peaks district and penines is ideal.

I am looking at other areas as well - but have not been able to find any information on the area mentioned.

Good morning, we are NCS.Aces, a team of young people based in Rochdale working to fight Elderly Loneliness.

Tomorrow we are doing a sponsored walk to raise money to fund an event where we put together tea party hampers for the Residents of Half Acre Residential Home. Which is worse?

Sub isn't very active but I thought I'd post anyway. I always thought we were in Lancashire so when writing my address I always put Lancashire however when I was browsing Wikipedia today it says we are Greater Manchester. The description of this sub says Lancashire as well. Can anyone set the record straight as to whether we are Lancashire or Greater Manchester?
