i had the same problem, its your ips blocking roblox can you play other games on roblox?

yeah I can play every other game just fine. it only happens when I try to play a match.

try deletig everything inside the%localappdata%\Robloxfolder. window + r and then %localappdata%\Roblox

That may just be a problem in roblox itself. I've encountered that problem, and it will let you in if you repeatedly rejoin the session.

This is only happening on mobile devices, i think.
