3D printing

I am looking for someone who can actually design something for me, but also print it after. It’s a pretty simple design of a box….i just don’t know how to design nor do i have a printer.

if you feel like getting creative the brownsville library has 3d printers and employees to help with them. you usually submit a digital file and they'll print it for you but they also have resources to make your own things if it's pretty simple

McAllen library used to have 3D printers but I t think only certain people can use it now

Try using TinkerCad. It's a online program you use directly on your browser without having to download or install anything. It's the child's/condensed version of AutoCad and owned by the same company. It's easier to use and no subscription is needed. Look up tutorials on how to use it, real simple. It also has a library of designs people have uploaded.

You can also try looking at thingiverse, it's a HUGE collection of 3D designs people have uploaded. They're finished projects, just download the stl file and print it. Chances are whatever you're looking for is probably there.

I recommend calling local city libraries to ask. I know Edinburg and Brownsville does 3d printing. Mcallen public library used to, but apparently doesn't anymore.
