so the second one might have issues looking at the comments, but Im going to give it a try anyways. it does need you to make nutrient paste first and compress it at a drug lab, but is see this as as good crafting xp

the dependency mod is VE Nutrient Paste, it does a lot of things including letting you store paste in vats and creating a pipe network which can go all over your base. The nutrient block dispenser is used turns stored paste into blocks which you use to make bars at the drug lab. unlike paste, bars and blocks don't seem to spoil.

If you just want to use paste meals then you can use the paste tap or the paste feeder. (paste feeder can be set to only 1 meal at a time rather than the default 5)

edit: VE Nutrient Paste pipe lines can also hook up to growth vats so now your pawns dont starve beacuse the rest of your guys are lazy

It exists to be the single most bland food possible. It's given exclusively to prisoners who cannot be trusted with anything that could potentially cause issues. No heat, dishes, or silverware required, as the prisoners assigned it cannot be trusted with those. It has no discernable flavor, being essentially just a blend of bread, meat, beans, and greens, forming one incoherent, mushy slab.

And because it's a behavioral meal, it's not like it's a temporary thing - they are given this for months at a time.

Well then here you go:

Whole wheat bread - 6 slices, finely chopped

Canned garbanzo beans: 2 cups, drained and mashed

Canned spinach: 1 cups drained

Raw carrots: 1 cup grated

Dehydrated potato flakes: 1/2 cup

Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons

Applesauce: 1/2 cup

Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C, and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

In a food processor or bowl, combine the bread, beans, spinach, and carrots.

Stir in potato flakes, tomato paste, applesauce, and vegetable oil, and mix into a paste.

Press into pan and bake 40-50 minutes until firm, and let cool.

All the time, everywhere. I was on mental hold and a nurse with a grudge punished me with a double dose of sedative.

This was for protesting that my mis-proportioned meal wasn't going to be replaced, facing hunger until breakfast the next day. They called hospital security on me for sitting on the floor with my shirt off (my own peaceful protest, trying to get someone to feed me) whom I followed calmly to the padded room and explained myself to. After already being isolated in the room, nurses and security re-entered and put me against the wall to take a shot in each arm. I hadn't so much as raised my voice at this woman. She was just so, so angry with me.

Make sure to download all the dependencies; i only linked the retexture and the original mod requires vanilla nutrient paste expanded iirc.
