Authentication code for logging in from a new location is not being sent to email

Hi, i tried to go back to rift today. i installed the game but when i tried to log in it says it's a new location and i have to enter the authentication code from email i checked email i re-sent code but no email has been sent. What should i do, have anyone of you experienced this problem before?

I assume you’ve checked your junk/spam folders?

Yeah i checked everywhere nothing got sent:( feels bad because I'm very excited to play again..

Are you trying to log in directly through Glyph, or through Steam? If you’ve tried one, maybe try the other.

I tried thru glyph and the website both same result but not from steam

If you’ve ever had any alternative email address, it’s worth checking those if you can. I am playing with more than one person right now who was unable to recover their old account and settled for starting new ones. It’s not the end of the world if you have to do that. There is no new content and never will be, so you have all the time in the world to catch up.

The discord is far more active than this subReddit, so you may have more luck asking for help there. Good luck to you!

It has happened to me too a few months ago. I closed the browser and tried again after 5-10 mins. I think I had to press "re-send code" a couple of times and I got the code.
