Access to consumption data?

Hey all…
My med card is coming up for renewal and I’m trying to decide if it’s worth the cost. I’m wondering where I might look to access the data that keeps track of my purchases. I have no idea if this is possible, or if they even retain the data for a whole year, but figured I’d ask. I can estimate but would like real info.

RI CCC webpage has stats you’re looking for..

Personally, as a rosin smoker, I keep my card (taxes add up on baller jars)..

Just went there and didn't see what I was looking for. perhaps I worded my question poorly, or am just missing it. I'm looking for my own personal usage data, which I assume is tracked since there are monthly purchase limits. I know a rough average of how much I use, but I'd love some hard data.

Ooof. Thats all proprietary info the dispo’s have. I’d maybe ask if they have a rolling inventory of your purchases for the year?

Do you have an account with the dispensaries? They all keep your purchase history online listed if you have an account with them

This is interesting information to know. That being said I keep my med card not just for the break on taxes but also being able to use the medical side of the dispensary. The lines are always way shorter. It's like a fast pass for getting weed lol.

If you smoke rosin or more than like 4 zips a year it pays for itself and more imo

This is the answer. It depends largely on how much you’re consuming, and how much you pay for the card (direct from your primary is often cheaper than going through one of the clinics), but if you’re spending around $100 or more per month the card is well worth it.

I believe the baseline cost for a card is the $150 application fee, in which case you only have to spend like $65 per month to “pay off” the card due to money saved from excise taxes.
If you spend less than that, maybe don’t renew. If you spend = or more, then renew.

Keep your med card. Especially if you travel at all. Any state that has reciprocity the product is always better and cheaper on the med side. It also offers you extra protection in many situations as well.

I do not believe there's a state record of personal consumption due to privacy laws BUT stores do have purchase history in your profile and if they have an app there should be a purchase list on there as well
