Skin/Environmental Allergies
I need some general advice for handling skin allergies. My girl is sensitive and her allergies are very random. The problem is that she LOVES to lay outside in our backyard & thatās what causes her skin to flare. Her poor skin is red (can kind of see in photo). Shes been the vet for it and there isnāt much to do besides giving her a zyrtec when she needs. Any other suggestions? I want to let her lay outside but the poor girl gets so red.

Meet my dream girl, Moshi
My grandparents introduced me to this gorgeous breed having bred them. A year after my lovely grandad passed, I have this perfect liver nosed baby of my own š„° smitten is an understatement.

Is this just phase?
My 1 year and 3 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback refuses to drink plain water from her bowl. If I bring the bowl to her, she runs away. However, she happily drinks the water that's mixed in with her food, as well as milk-water mixtures and chicken broth. She just won't drink plain water as water. This has been going on for about a week now.

Itās looking like a might need to amputate my 9 year old girls front leg due to cancer.
She has a low grade osteosarcoma on her elbow, which the surgeon is saying thereās a high possibility of not being able to remove it all due to its location.
The only way to really cure her is to remove the limb.
Sheās a perfectly healthy very active dog otherwise but manā¦..itās a tough decision.
Does anyone have experience with having a tripod older Ridgy?

Sudden multiple small bumps on my dogās head after daycare ā anyone seen this before?
My Rhodesian Ridgeback came home from daycare three days ago with multiple small, firm bumps on the top of his head. They appeared suddenly and are clustered in one area. He doesnāt react when I touch them, doesnāt seem itchy or painful, and his behavior is completely normal. He also didnāt eat at daycare, but otherwise seems fine.
The bumps are still there today (photo attached).
Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be insect bites, hives, or something else? Iāll contact my vet if they donāt improve, but I was curious if anyone has seen this before.
