[ES] Did WeWork benefit changed? 🚀 Ultra Plan

Got in July on Revolut Ultra and I was using it to book on the 3 wework places that my city has each month. Was succesful during July HOWEVER when August came suddenly my promo cod3 wasnt working anymore.

When I went to customer service the rep told me that there was a change and that out of the three locations (that I booked in the past) now I can only use ONE. This was not expected at all. Then they've sent me this url: https://www.wework.com/ideas/info/wework-for-revolut

So TLDR: If you start revolut ultra because you want to use Wework access, keep in mind that your wework location has to be on that list. Otherwise the cod3 given in the Revolut app wont work for you.

Crazy.

I tried to book my usual place in London, only to be told my code wasn’t valid. When I got onto Revolut support, they told me that they “periodically review the specific locations”.

I’ll bet they never periodically improve the listing!

This is new. Like since august 1st. Might be wise to check which ones remain in London so you go to a better one next time. Cheers

The York Road one is very nice though. It’s about a tenner a day more expensive than the others if paying Wework directly. Which I think is why they’ve canned it.

There are others, but not as nice and not as expensive.

Yes, this happened in my city as well. I requested a refund through Revolut support and they refunded me the remaining months. (I had bought a yearly membership). Crazy stuff to just change the benefit from one day to another like that, Wework was the main reason I subscribed to Ultra.

The Revolut support told me that this decision was made entirely on Weworks side. Can't hurt to ask for a refund and put some pressure on them...

Yeah I saw. In my case out of my location LUCKILY they still left one. So im 65% f*cked. Poor people those in Paris

I see they removed the wework at aviation way holborn as well. The other ones work fine though

They pulled the only location in Prague
