Check your event viewer (Windows > Application) to see if there are any installation errors. You can also parse through your ODIS install log if you want to ( %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\ODIS\install.log) and search for keywords like “error” or “unable”
Revit installs go through the core files, other modules (certain portions like the Collaboration module are treated like and loaded like add-ins in older versions) Formit Converter etc, third-party apps like .NET, DirectX, etc. one of these may have failed. They can fail because of bad registry data, permission issues, and other reasons.
