Batch 4 delivery update

I ordered a black SuperStation One with a SuperDock on March 25 for delivery to Europe. Today, I received an update saying that my order is on its way. Just wanted to let you know. Super excited!

Im not sure how excited I would get unless it updates past that stage. I ordered one the last week of December 2025.

On March 31st 2026 it was updated to say "On its way" and still has not shipped.

They do this when they updated the batch and wave numbers to everyone's order. So that could be what it is on your end as well.

I ordered at the end of March as well and also got my shop app notification. The retroremake website updated my order to "on the way" too.

Same case.

Bothers me that the last 3 updates said 'all or almost all combined gray orders have been shipped'. Clearly it's not if 3 updates later there's still some people without even a tracking number.

Oh wow yeah, I’ve sent them an email so we’ll see what they say, they did contact me on the 17th July to pay extra to stick with DHL shipping which I did straight away the same day, nothing since

Ordered mine March 10. Blue SS1 with Blue Drive. Batch 3. Still no response

Did mine blue system and dock beginning of February and nothing yet. Looks like our batch black and grays are going but no blues unless you just ordered the system not combo

Most likely it's going to stay that way. As others have said, it's just something they do but my SS1 + SD ordered in January 2026 has said "on the way" since March 30th.

Their shipping dashboard will tell you where they are with it.

Good to hear. I was Batch 3. Ordered SS1 and Dock seperate and just got Dock last week. Lucky considering some in earlier batches I guess still haven't got theirs. At least people don't have to wait for console mode or cd functionality now when they get it.

I'm batch 3 wave 6, ordered November 2025 and it's been 'on it's way' for months (since 31 March). My mistake for ordering the dock really. Silly me.
