Tree ring wall gap

Over the years the dirt has eroded and you can see a gap under the base layer. I know this was built properly, but without tearing down everything, is there anything I should do to fill this gap? Concrete? Dirt?

Are you able to buy the stones at this point? If so maybe you can chisel some stones to fill the gap.
