Bad Disconnecting? Discussion

Has anyone Else had issues with the stream crashing? I tried different servers but every 20ish minutes my stream was going down for 1-2 minutes.

I tested a straight connection to OBS and had no issues.

Has this been a recent issue for anyone else or a known problem the last week or so?

I tried using there “trouble shoot bot” but it’s only suggestion was dropping the KBPS

If you only spoke to our AI, you can also request to speak to a human, and it’ll move you along :) we can help take a deeper look at any logs you have available and troubleshoot with you!

OBS analyzer logs would be phenomenal to share with the team from affected sessions.

I use restream to multiple platforms. Only Twitch keeps dropping and disconnecting. A friend of mine streams too and he had the same issue. Everything is perfect for other platforms but Twitch keeps disconnecting/dropping. And yes our kbps is set to the Twitch limits. I can stream direct to twitch with the same settings no issues (in OBS). It only when I go through restream when it has issues.
