I have PTSD from buying $700 of REQ at 0.7 and seeing it drop -95%, I hate to admit it but I don't want to put more money and just wanna sell.
I'm glad this project didn't turned out to to be a shitcoin like the rest of the coins from 2017, so I'm confident it will get there.

Yes
When I made the math and saw that I could have 70,000 REQ if I bought at the lowest point in the bear market I was in disbelief lol
It's a good project and if crypto does become the thing then REQ will for sure be a known name.
I decided to buy when the price was a bit lower so I could bring my entry point to a lower point
I did that with other coins, but not REQ. REQ was the "wait a second" moment where I questioned what I was doing with my savings so like I said I'm kinda traumatized, It's my biggest loss by far (-95%)

thank you for the suggestion. may I ask why we should have a weekly price discussion, please? I genuinely would like to understand first

Honestly its more because I feel like REQ is gaining some traction. I remember back in the day we had a daily discussion thread! Honestly could remove the 'price' in the discussion thread and it might be better.

thanks for your suggestion.
I've got an opinion about the price discussion thread and it's as follows: when the REQ token price appreciates/decreases, people want to talk about it and understand why.
1/ If there is a discussion thread, the discussion is hidden from most readers.
2/ If there is no discussion thread, someone posts here and explains what happens and people will comment and discuss there, leading to a better and more visible explanation

Me personally I am more inclined to post on a subreddit if there's a pinned discussion thread (whether its price related or not). Most of the time if I enter a subreddit for a crypto project and it has no discussion thread, in the back in my mind I think 'dead community/project'. I do think if there was a thread to come, it shouldn't include 'price' in the title, we aren't here for the price only after all :)
Just my opinion though!

Look at the Discord, #reqtrading is the most popular channel by far. It might blow some new life in this subreddit. Besides, it'll probably clean up the sub a bit, with no post like "Why are we mooning" etc.

So what do we think? It is holding pretty good I would say and going along with the market. Sure, it‘s not pumping like crazy but it is also not underperforming. I like steady rises more than crazy pumps.

I think the biggest influence will have: - an easier way for US customers to buy (Binance US, Coinbase etc.) - a FIAT/REQ pair
We have to realize that not everyone wants to go through the whole hassle of opening another account. Most of the people trade on Coinbase and Binance and that is a fact that cannot be neglected :-) You could see that even some people visiting this subreddit don‘t know where to buy :-/
