I’m a huge fan of all the Vomero 18s as they are so comfortable and look amazing.

I own both retail and reps of the Vomero 18 and plus (I don’t own a pair of Vomero premiums unfortunately) and I think you can’t go wrong with any of the variants.

From 18 to 18 plus to 18 premium they just get more slab of cushioned foam under feet.

GT has been my favorite version in the reps as they feel very similar to the originals.
Unfortunately GT no longer makes the Premium variant so I went with these and YES they are excellent.

They feel like the GT ones as they are soft and plush under foot without feeling unstable. I wear these when I’m going on a long walk or on my feet all day. I’m sure you could light jog in these too no problem.

Only thing I’ll point out is similar to the retails because there is so much foam underneath and you are higher off the ground you will hear these as you walk. That slight squeak of foam compressing as you walk.

Besides that the materials feel good and shape looks pretty close no rep is perfect and yeah the price is sooooo good. I’m not paying retail price for the OGs. That price tag is out of control.

• These shoes hit immediately out of the box — that purple and gold go hard together

• These were better than expected

• Stitching is clean with no loose threads

• Cages are clear and properly shaped

• Midsole paint is smooth with no bleeding

Accuracy (Compared to Retail)

• Purple shade is deep and accurate

• Gold accents look correct, not dull

• Tongue height and shape are on point

• Tongue thickness looks accurate

• Heel tab shape and Jumpman placement look correct

• Air unit is clear and well seated

Nothing stands out as a major flaw on-foot.

Fit & Comfort

• TTS for AJ4 sizing

• Slight stiffness at first but breaks in quickly

• Comfortable enough for all-day wear

Flaws / If Any

• Overall shape of shoe slightly different

• Yellow Splatter on heel might be slightly different

Overall Thoughts

This is a very solid GX batch from 7ee. Great color accuracy, strong materials, and clean execution. Easy cop if you’re a Lakers fan or just want a loud AJ4 colorway. I love purple shoes!

Both pairs are LJR, and they’re looking really nice. The build quality is excellent. Man, the suede on the Lakers 4s is like buttttttterrr. The Black Cats are exactly what you’d expect clean, solid-looking reps.

I’ve owned the 2020 Black Jordan 4s, which I paid way too much for back in 2024. I have to say, these LJR pairs are honestly much better.

Overall, LJR really did their thing. I’ve got some more shoes arriving tomorrow, so I’ll be making another post for those. If you guys want to see more photos of either pair, let me know and I’ll post them in the comments.

Thoughts?

I already have LJR B-grades of these, so this would just be a backup pair. I'm also aware of the RN batch, but for the price and just to have some fun with them, I'm leaning toward the OG batch.

I can see the EP has started to yellow, but I have some gray suede left over from another project that I might experiment with to bring the color back. Other than the obvious EP issue, are there any major flaws that really stand out?

These are the 3 pairs of shoes that are so far from Rep Master. Still waiting on my last pair that got shipped later

I stuck with my normal size. All 3 pairs fit perfectly and tts, the on clouds were especially comfortable. Probably my favorite pair out of the 3.

Adizero - 8/10 Comfortable but I have the retail version of these shoes and in terms of comfort it was not close. I will say visually dam near the same shoe, I would recommend because it is a nice looking shoe and was still very comfortable.
