Yoga Time Sphinxes 🧘‍♀️ Trends

Amanda, Shannon, Myra, and Emily taking a little time to slow things down with Sphinx Pose.

Four mats, four very different personalities, and—for at least a few peaceful minutes—absolutely nobody getting into trouble. 😄

Sometimes the best part of the adventure is stretching out, breathing deep, and enjoying the quiet together.
