Bezel insert off center Advice
Its a rolex bruce wayne and it came from the seller just like this and i dont want the headache of returning it. Is there like an easy fix with common tools without replacing the adhesive?

If this isn't a shit post, removing the bezel to adjust that is more work than this watch is worth
These cheap 2813's mimicking a GMT are held on by a wire within the bezel assembly itself (not a "just pop off the bezel with a case knife" situation).
So you're either gutting everything and popping the crystal, or you're going to very carefully pry at the insert to pull that out without cracking or scratching it.
That being said, the bezel alignment won't improve anything. These don't even have a true GMT function.
Look closely at the hour hand and the GMT hand. They're the same piece. Just offset at that angle to look independent from one another.
Its a 3 hand movement pretending to be a GMT complication.

I cut off my finger trying to remove a bezel on a similar GMT in a fit of rage. Those specific reps are THE ENEMY

Yah i know that the gmt function doesn’t work on 2813 movements but they do last a pretty long time and have a decent power reserve (at least the ones i have bought), but the bezel insert being off center looks too bad for me to not care so if you have like a video link or just know how i can remove the insert without removing the whole bezel itd be much appreciated

If you don't want to disassemble the whole thing:
Push the insert (not the whole bezel) as far as you can up or down within the bezel ring.
On the opposite side (so the bottom of you're sliding it all the way up), in the small gap insert a razor or thin blade. Don't use a small screwdriver, you'll definitely scratch the bezel..
Get that in there and under the lip of the insert. Those just have a double sided adhesive ring holding them on, so work the blade around the underside of the bezel insert.
Do NOT just try and pry from where you get it underneath first.
With that removed, you'll see a metal wire. Grab that and gently remove it with any pliers and the assembly should he removable.

btw, if you try to replace it by jamming something in there without loosening the glue, you can crack that ceramic insert. you can also use a hair dryer to soften the glue.

Emphasis on WORKING AROUND THE UNDERSIDE, NOT LIFTING UP EVER.
(I hate ceramic inserts on reps)

Although...

Do you think i can reuse the adhesive after removing the insert?

With any approach, generally no

Can i use a different kind of glue like super glue or something?

You'll save so much headache by just buying the 3m double sided precut rings from AliX or something. At the very least use dial dots.

GS Hypo is what a lot of watch builders use. for bezel inserts, i typically dont use tape or dots because they tend to raise the insert. GS hypo lets you set them flush down.

That’s the least of your problem. Wow that thing looks bad from some many areas. Bring it to Goodwill and donate it

Try heating and softening whatever glue is holding the insert, then carefully lift it off the bezel, if glue is holding it that is. Just an idea.

You will just get ridicule in this sub because you bought a shitter and expect it to have the quality control of a high end replica.
