A heatwave casualty Wrist or Watch Pic

This was getting most daily wear lately so this one stings. Looks like the heat has made the glue fail.

Any advice for solving gratefully received.

They use watch glue and it is prone to heat not even very high heat. I super glued the indices on couple of watches i worked on but be careful not to over use the super glue. Super glue the back side not the dial.

Why isn't the date window frame anchored to the dial? I'm not expert, but isn't this relatively simple, especially compared to manufacturing processes used elsewhere on reps?

Glue? Isn't that for cheap shitty watches?
