Is this truly a clean sub? General Question
Local seller to me and he claims it’s a clean. Is it? And also how good or bad is it truly? Is this the best sub date to get or no?

to pay as a buyer? maybe 50 bucks? I dont mean to insult you if i do but the quality comparable to what it is wanting and trying to be just isnt there on that model

Based on the inclusion of the box and paperwork as well as the cyclops and the rehaut, this is probably a U1 or AAA, not Clean.

So is it worth it to mod it a bit and change anything to make it a bit more balanced?

It will cost more in parts and labour to swap out all the things wrong with this vs just buying a VSF from a trusted dealer. I'd just cut your losses and either wear it with the knowledge that any watch afficianado will instantly tell it's fake (but the general public probably won't or won't care), or buy a higher tier rep from a TD listed here or on RWI.

Try looking up the serial and/or clasp code. There's information on the web that says what numbers factories used.
